“ Pohanka had some great deals and great vehicles for purchase, their service crew was great, I showed up late to my oil change/ state inspection and they still fit me in instead of making me reschedule. They also got my oil change and inspection done very quickly. I'm only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because when I bought my 2022 Santa fe I noticed there was a big paint chip on one of the doors. They promised they would give me a paint match marker. It was on back order so they told me when it came in they would give it to me, but it's been about a year now and still no marker/paint pen.... ”
“ I came to the dealership frustrated that my car was essentially dying, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Charles; I wanted a used car but with interest rates it was better to go for new, the financial guy, I can’t remember his name, was great and very helpful explaining the difference! There was a point I felt like Charles was frustrated that I didn’t like the car, and I was quick to say I wasn’t buying a car I didn’t like, then he changed his way of talking/speaking, at one point I felt rushed because he said well I have an appointment at noon, but after getting the car, doing the paper work he wanted to show me details of my new car which I declined, I was doing being at a dealership for the day! After my tire light turned on and I couldn’t get it off, the service manager was so nice and helpful getting it figured out. Thank god for the warranty, but I was left paying out of pocket for a rental. The engine replacement took over a month. Eventually, a rental became available for me. Now that the engine has been replaced, I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion because I felt like the vehicle felt underpowered. The mechanic actually used to be a Hyundai mechanic and told me to take it back. The car feels underpowered with the new engine. I took it back and was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Another issue I have is my loan, I OVERPAID for this car! Somehow, I still owe over 25,000 for this lemon of a car. I could have purchased a brand-new vehicle from Honda for the price I paid. Just beware of this place! They're in it for the money, not the client! ”

Second and/or subsequent owners have powertrain components covered only under the 5-Year/60,000-Mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Vehicles in commercial use — such as taxis, route delivery, delivery services, or rentals — are excluded from this coverage.

Hyundai Roadside Assistance services are provided through the American Automobile Association, Inc., Heathrow, FL, and its affiliated motor clubs, which are independent contractors of Hyundai Motor America. Hyundai Motor America makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the services provided by the American Automobile Association, Inc. and its clubs, and is not liable for the actions of their employees or subcontractors. Hyundai Motor America reserves the right to limit services or reimbursement to any owner or driver when, in Hyundai Motor America's judgment, the claims are excessive in nature, frequency or type of occurrence.
3. Genuine Hyundai Parts or Accessories purchased from an authorized Hyundai dealer but not installed by an authorized Hyundai dealer are covered for 12 months/unlimited miles. Accessories installed on a vehicle at the time of, or prior to, the vehicle's date of first use are covered under the 5-Year/60,000-Mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Accessories installed after the vehicle's date of first use are covered for 12 months/12,000 miles.
4. This applies only to vehicles manufactured to California specifications, distributed by Hyundai Motor America, and registered in the states of California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.
5. Complimentary maintenance includes Hyundai approved oil and oil filter change (except for electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles) plus tire rotations at normal factory scheduled maintenance intervals for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. 6. While all electric-car batteries will experience degradation over time, Hyundai's batteries will not degrade more than 70 percent of the original capacity during the warranty period.
