5-Day Vehicle Exchange
As part of the Pohanka Total Care benefits package, you have the option to exchange your new vehicle, or a Pohanka Certified pre-owned vehicle, within five days of taking delivery. Just bring it back in the same condition it was in when you first drove it off our lot and you have the option to exchange it for another comparable vehicle of equal value. Now you have five days to decide if your new ride is the right ride. Ask for more details.

Am I Eligible for the Lifetime Warranty?
You are eligible for the Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty if:
- You obtain the Limited Warranty when you purchase the vehicle, before it is delivered.
- Your vehicle is seven model years old or newer and has less than 80,000 miles on it at the time of purchase.
- Your vehicle is not used for commercial use.
- Your vehicle is not a truck weighing over one ton.
- Your vehicle was not manufactured with non-U.S. specification.
- Your vehicle is not a European model.
- Your vehicle has had all scheduled maintenance performed per manufacturer guidelines and is properly documented.

The transmission assembly parts coverage includes: internally lubricated parts, torque converter, case 2, and seals & gaskets 3..
Front & Rear-Wheel Drive Coverage
Front & Rear-Wheel drive coverage includes: case2 and all of its internally lubricated parts, as well as seals & gaskets3.
Deductible & Towing
Receive a $500 deductible and up to $100 reimbursement for towing costs.
