If you live in the Tri state area (DMV) and you are looking to buy a HYUNDAI I’ve done your research for you. I live in North Carolina and drove 3 hours to purchase our 2026 Hyundai Palisade after researching all the Hyundai dealerships in the DMV area and corresponding with half of them and found Pohanka Hyundai to be the best price and the easiest to work with . Lynsey Davis was our sales associate and she is absolutely amazing,she stuck by our side for a solid 2 weeks helping us purchase our new vehicle from 200 miles away and I feel like it was mostly Lynsey that helped me get the deal I was looking for. When we arrived to pick up the car everyone at the dealership treated us like family. Lynsey is extremely knowledgeable about all the amazing technology that came with our new palisade and made sure to go over every single feature , she is 100 percent your contact if you are thinking about a new Hyundai. I am 63 years old and have purchased 9 new vehicles in my life and Justin in Pohanka’s finance department was the best I have ever worked with, he will help you with any warranties, and protection plans for your new vehicle but he does it with no pressure, no hard sell and that is very rare in the industry. Pohanka Hyundai turned out to be the best for us mainly because of Lynsey Davis and Justin Hinds.

In the midst of a frozen Tundra, Charles (Salesperson) and I bravely trekked through what seemed like miles of snow to get to the Santa Fe that I wanted. He tirelessly broke down and lifted ice sheets 6" thick off of the vehicle so my wife and I could go for a test drive. After everything was done, we ended up purchasing the car and were treated to a great finance experience from Frank. If I had any complaint, it would probably be that the paid snack bar is too appealing.

The heater went out in my car and I called Pohanka Hyundai . I was able to get in the next morning and they diagnosed the problem and also found my battery needed replacing. The lady who handled my account, I think her name is Nicole, was so friendly and helpful. It didn’t take very long to fix my car and the cost was reasonable. It was a great experience!

Rip Off elect charging station. More of a hazard than a service. Charging area was all iced up. Almost fell few times. had to do an emergency stop off of 95 to recharge EV. Better stay away from this place
